Intersection register · custodian, not owner

Tiflet, a town on the Moroccan central plateau (province of Khémisset), was home to a Jewish merchant community established along the roads linking Rabat to Meknès and Fès. These families participated in the agricultural and artisanal trade of the region before emigrating to major cities and to Israel.

Great Book being written

This Great Book does not yet have published chapters. The chapters — each bearing its register, its epistemic status and its sources — will be added as editorial enrichment and assisted generation progress.

The days of this book

This book bears no memory day yet. The sources that document Tiflet give years and centuries, never a day; we do not invent one.

You know a date — a remembrance, a hilloula, the anniversary of a departure? Give it its day
