Intersection register · custodian, not owner
Rădăuți, a town in Bukovina (Suceava County), was home to a significant Jewish community since the eighteenth century, deeply marked by Hasidism, notably the influence of local dynasties. During the Shoah, under the Antonescu regime, the Jews of Rădăuți were deported to Transnistria beginning in October 1941, with very heavy mortality.
