Nowy Korczyn is a small town in Holy Cross Voivodeship (Poland), on the Vistula, whose Jewish community is attested as early as the sixteenth century. It reached several hundred persons in the nineteenth century, active in trade and crafts. During the Shoah, the Jewish population was deported to extermination centers in 1942.
