Konstantynów

Intersection register · custodian, not owner

Locality in Poland where a Jewish cemetery is catalogued: Jewish Cemetery of Konstantynów. No burials are entered: the catalogue records the existence of the site, but does not survey its tombstones. Recorded by: Wikidata. This record is based solely on the cemetery catalogue: it tells nothing of the history of the community, its founding, or its extent — a cemetery survey knows nothing of such matters.

Introduction

This book bears no memory day yet. The sources that document Konstantynów give years and centuries, never a day; we do not invent one.
