Kfar Kanna (Cana of Galilee, Israel) is a village in Lower Galilee mentioned in Talmudic sources and identified by Christian tradition with the Cana of the Gospels. Excavations have uncovered the remains of a synagogue from the Roman–Byzantine period, confirming the presence of a Jewish community in this place during the first centuries of the Common Era.
