Kalinkavichy (Homyel region, Belarus) was an important railway junction on the Minsk–Gomel line. Its Jewish community, formed in the 19th century with the rise of the railroad, was almost entirely exterminated during the massacres perpetrated by the German occupation forces from 1941 onward.
