Horodok (Gródek Jagielloński in Polish), a city in Galicia (Lviv oblast, Ukraine), was home to a Jewish community attested since the 16th century, integrated into the commercial networks of the Lviv region. During the Shoah, under German occupation from 1941, the community was exterminated in several successive Aktionen.
