Aït Seddrat, a village in the Todra valley (province of Tinghir), was known for its renowned Jewish jewelers whose creations in chiseled silver and filigree were exported to the markets of Tinghir and Ouarzazate. These artisans embodied the goldsmithing tradition of the Jews of southern Morocco.
