Intersection register · custodian, not owner

Adrar (Touat) refers to an oasis region of the Algerian Sahara (wilaya of Adrar) that was a crossroads of medieval trans-Saharan trade. Jewish merchants are attested there before the persecutions led by al-Maghili at the end of the 15th century, which put an end to the Jewish presence in the Touat.
