Yeshiva founded in 1965 by Rav Mordechai Goldstein and established on Mount Zion from 1967. Pioneer of the baal teshuva movement (religious return) for English-speaking students, it is also known for its role in the birth of Jewish rock (Diaspora Yeshiva Band).
