Founded in 1976 within the AMIA (Asociación Mutual Israelita Argentina), the Centro Marc Turkow is the principal documentation center on the Jewish presence in Argentina over more than 150 years. It holds photographic collections, press archives, oral and video testimonies, and detailed documentation on the 1994 AMIA bombing. Named after Marc Turkow, a Polish Jewish intellectual who took refuge in Argentina in the 1930s, it makes its resources freely available to researchers in its reading room and online. Its bibliographic catalogue is accessible through the AMIA digital portal.
This Great Book does not yet have published chapters. The chapters — each bearing its register, its epistemic status and its sources — will be added as editorial enrichment and assisted generation progress.
