The Ben M. Ferencz Archives, affiliated with the Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center at Touro College in New York, preserve the personal and professional papers of Benjamin B. Ferencz, chief American prosecutor at the Nuremberg Einsatzgruppen trial and ardent advocate of international justice. The collection includes trial files, testimonies, correspondence, and documents relating to the restitution of looted Jewish assets and reparations granted to victims of Nazism. It constitutes a unique resource on the post-war legal aftermath of the Shoah and on the construction of international criminal law. The archives are accessible by appointment.
This Great Book does not yet have published chapters. The chapters — each bearing its register, its epistemic status and its sources — will be added as editorial enrichment and assisted generation progress.
