Network of yeshivot of the Belz Hasidic movement, reconstituted in Israel from 1949 onward, after the destruction of the Belz community (Ukraine) during the Holocaust. The movement, redeveloped by Rabbi Aharon Rokeach and later led by Rabbi Yissachar Dov Rokeach, is one of the most important in contemporary Hasidism.
