Franco-suisse né à Fribourg le 2 juillet 1973, il fut conseiller en communication du Premier ministre français Dominique de Villepin puis directeur de la stratégie de l'Audiovisuel extérieur de la France (France 24, RFI, TV5 Monde). En 2013 il fonde et dirige i24NEWS, chaîne internationale d'information basée en Israël (groupe Altice) ; il en est devenu président (chairman) début 2025.
