Connue sous le nom de « Skokie Yeshiva », cette institution orthodoxe fut fondée à Chicago en 1921 (rabbins Chaim Tzvi Rubinstein et Saul Silber) et transférée à Skokie en 1958. Elle forme rabbins et enseignants ; elle est aujourd'hui rattachée à la Touro University.
