History
La famille Zigdon de Benghazi fait l'objet d'une notice de Yad Vashem dans l'exposition en ligne « Jewish Families and Communities », illustrée de photographies des années 1930 et de clichés de Rachel Mesika et ses enfants avant-guerre. Parmi les objets documentés figurent une jatte utilisée pour préparer des légumes marinés et une machine à coudre emportée lors de l'internement au camp de Giado. Des photographies de femmes de la famille Mesika-Zigdon prises à Tripoli en 1947 documentent l'itinéraire familial après la libération du camp.
