Le Zohar est le texte fondateur de la Kabbale. Attribué par la tradition à Rabbi Shimon bar Yohaï (IIᵉ s.), il est considéré comme un commentaire mystique de la Torah dévoilant les secrets de la Création, des Sefirot et de l'âme.
