יוצאת בשנת 1999 מהמיזוג של ה-Council of Jewish Federations, ה-United Jewish Appeal וה-United Israel Appeal (בתחילה נקרא United Jewish Communities, שונה שם ל-JFNA בשנת 2009). ארגון ראשי המייצג למעלה מ-350 פדרציות יהודיות עצמאיות בצפון אמריקה, היא גובה ומחלקת כספי פילנתרופיה.
