A predynastic king (Dynasty 0) attested at Abydos through inscribed pottery (Horus falcon over a "mouth" sign), and through rock inscriptions in Sinai (Wadi Ameyra). His existence, established only in the 1980s-90s, extends pre-pharaonic kingship by several generations.
