Dating
The proto-cuneiform tablets of Uruk document the very invention of writing. Uruk is identified in the Bible with Erekh, city founded by Nimrod (Genesis 10:10). The lexical lists — systematic classification of animals, plants, and cities — strikingly prefigure Adam naming the animals in Eden.
