A rabbinic manuscript of 150 folios containing the Azharot of Shelomo ibn Gabirol (Zaragoza, c. 1021-c. 1058) — a poetic collection of the 613 commandments for Shavuot — with the commentary Zohar ha-Raqia by the Rashbatz, Shim’on b. Tsemaḥ Duran (1361 – Algiers 1444), chief rabbi of the academy of Algiers after the persecution of 1391. Zohar ha-Raqia would be printed in Constantinople in 1515: this Algiers copy of 1417 predates the editio princeps by a century. Folio 144: colophon dated “2 Sivan 5177 = 1417.”
