La Mendel Gottesman Library de la Yeshiva University à New York possède l'une des plus importantes collections d'archives et de manuscrits hébraïques et judéo-arabes des États-Unis. Son fonds spécial comprend des manuscrits médiévaux, des incunables hébreux, des archives communautaires séfarades et ashkénazes, et des collections de la presse juive américaine. Ses Archives & Special Collections sont ouvertes aux chercheurs sur rendez-vous et participent à plusieurs programmes de numérisation en partenariat avec des institutions israéliennes et européennes. La bibliothèque est membre du réseau du Center for Jewish History.
