Premier centre mémoriel national de la Shoah en Europe centrale, inauguré en 2004 dans l'ancienne synagogue de la rue Páva à Budapest. Son exposition permanente « De la privation de droits au génocide » documente la déportation de plus de 437 000 Juifs hongrois en 1944. Le centre mène également des programmes de recherche et d'éducation à destination des jeunes Hongrois.
