Decision Dr. Salman Meshaal had resigned from his position as a resident physician at Meir Elias Hospital and separated from the job before noon today 4/8/952, and Meir Elias Hospital remained without a resident physician and an on-call physician, both of which positions were held by Dr. Salman Meshaal. (2) The Committee confirms that the aforementioned doctor shall work at present in Mar Elias Hospital, provided he is given one day each week in the afternoon at the hospital in addition to the outpatient clinic, and the aforementioned shall perform his duties according to the instructions and orders issued by the Committee from time to time. (3) The aforementioned is granted an annual regular leave of one month and performs his duties according to the conditions contained in the decision of this Committee numbered (1) and dated 22/7/947 and from sick leave in the amount of one month per year.
