Founded in 1942 under the name of the Institute of Jewish Affairs, the JPR is an independent research centre specialising in policies affecting Jewish communities in Europe and the world. It produces reference demographic, sociological, and political studies on Jews of the diaspora. Its reports are regularly cited by governments and international organisations. It publishes in particular the major surveys on European Jewish populations.
This Great Book does not yet have published chapters. The chapters — each bearing its register, its epistemic status and its sources — will be added as editorial enrichment and assisted generation progress.
