The principal Holocaust memorial and educational center in British Columbia and western Canada, founded in 1994 by survivors and their descendants. Its collections include more than 11,000 artifacts, archives, and testimonies; it reaches more than 25,000 students each year through its school programs. The VHEC also conducts research on survivor communities that settled in western Canada after the war.
This Great Book does not yet have published chapters. The chapters — each bearing its register, its epistemic status and its sources — will be added as editorial enrichment and assisted generation progress.
