An association founded in France to preserve and transmit the cultural and religious heritage of the Jews of Morocco. It organizes the annual celebration of the Mimouna, the traditional Moroccan festival marking the end of Pessah, which has become a symbol of Judeo-Berber-Arab dialogue. The association documents the culinary, musical, and ritual traditions of the Moroccan Jewish community in the Diaspora. It constitutes a living bridge between generations born in Morocco and their descendants established in France, Israel, and Canada.
This Great Book does not yet have published chapters. The chapters — each bearing its register, its epistemic status and its sources — will be added as editorial enrichment and assisted generation progress.
