Founded in 2015 at the University of Hamburg with the support of the German Research Foundation (DFG), this center is devoted to the study of skepticism and epistemology in medieval and modern Judeo-philosophical thought. It draws on the intellectual legacy of Maimonides to explore dialogues between Jewish, Islamic, and Christian thought. International colloquia and high-level publications sustain its scholarly output.
This Great Book does not yet have published chapters. The chapters — each bearing its register, its epistemic status and its sources — will be added as editorial enrichment and assisted generation progress.
